Experteer Overview In this role you lead the commissioning and start‑up of air‑to‑heat systems and hoods, working across Italy and international sites. You will support customer technicians on‑site, ensuring quality, safety and smooth execution. You collaborate with the Automation and Technical Office to resolve design and troubleshooting challenges. Frequent on‑site work and cross‑functional interaction offer a hands‑on opportunity to drive installation success. - Supervise commissioning and system start‑up of air‑to‑heat systems and hoods in Italy and abroad with adherence to quality and safety standards
- Support customer technicians during commissioning, working in pairs or autonomously as project demands
- Maintain clear communication with customers and provide timely progress updates
- Travel ~50% of the time for on‑site installations




- Assist with process optimization and troubleshooting of installed systems
- Collaborate with Automation and Technical Office for design‑related support and troubleshooting

Responsabilità
- Diploma in Mechatronic, Electromechanical Engineering or related field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally on‑site activities related to automation
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Experience in electromechanical installations and air‑to‑heat systems
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time
