Overview In this role you will evaluate insulation systems for HV motors and transformers for domestic and international clients. You will travel frequently to client sites in Europe to witness tests, under extensive training and within a diverse, international team. You'll apply UL and international requirements, coordinate testing programs, and support customers with technical guidance. Responsibilities Define project scope and test plan based on client input
Coordinate laboratory activities and manage technicians and engineers
Communicate with clients about technical issues and UL requirements
Establish and review test programs to ensure compliance with standards
Prepare data sheets, reports, and follow‐up service procedures
Address client concerns and drive project completion dates




Integrate continuous improvement into processes and resolve non‐conformances
Travel to witness tests and represent the company at client sites
Qualifications University degree in a relevant field with several years of experience
Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
Fluency in English and German (speaking, reading, writing)
Willingness to frequently travel in Europe
Good analytical skills and a drive for continuous improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong customer service orientation and collaboration skills
Experience with UL requirements and inspectorate procedures
Knowledge of insulation systems for HV motors/transformers (preferred)
