Currie & Brown is currently looking for a Project Manager specializing in due diligence.
Oversee and manage the due diligence process for all real estate acquisitions, ensuring that all aspects of the analysis are thoroughly examined
Collect, review, and evaluate critical documents related to property management, including leases, property condition reports, property documents, environmental assessments, etc.
Identify and assess potential risks related to real estate transactions, including legal, environmental, and operational risks,



and recommend mitigation strategies
Be the main point of contact between the client and external consultants (surveyors, environmental engineers, surveyors, etc.)
Prepare complete due diligence reports (technical, administrative, ESG and/or high level) also in coordination with other internal departments, for legal aspects or for the drafting of Capex Plans.
Technical delivery experience gained within the construction industry
Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills
Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible
BSc in construction management, architecture, building surveying or equivalent
Experience in the education sector environment would be advantageous
