This role is ideal for a technically strong and field-oriented engineer who enjoys managing complex industrial water treatment projects from concept through commissioning.This is a home-based position in North Italy, with regular travel across the territory.## ## Key ResponsibilitiesAs Technical Project Engineer, you will play a central role in the successful execution of industrial water treatment projects. Supporting the Engineering team from the early stages of project opportunities, clarifying scope, identifying technical risks, and defining optimal technical solutions to create competitive advantage.* Conducting or supervising onsite surveys, basic design, and system conception,



ensuring the best balance between CAPEX and OPEX.* Evaluating technical specifications and purchase order requirements, defining project schedules, execution timelines, and staffing needs.* Preparing technical specifications and procedures for project execution in collaboration with Engineering, supporting the Procurement team during supplier selection and PO issuance.* Monitoring work in progress, reviewing project specifications, and coordinating with internal and external Engineering/Service teams.* Leading installation, start-up, commissioning activities, and final performance sign-off.* Providing technical assistance on existing OEM contracts, including troubleshooting and diagnostics, coordinating internal or external resources as needed.* Managing subcontractor relationships, ensuring alignment with Solenis' core values and project standards.* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within O
