Contract Logistics Customer Service Specialist works within Contract Logistics. She/He will operate for adidas Campus South, our new fully automated warehouse located in Mantua, which, with over 130,000 square metres, will represent an unparalleled example of excellence and innovation in automated technology operations. Under the guidance of the Customer Service Supervisor, you will keep the relationship with the customer by providing and requesting information regarding the warehouse and the customer's needs,



and interact with Transport planners and Data Analysts to provide additional information regarding shipments, billings, and discrepancies in order to fulfill the customer's requests.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Contract Logistics Customer Service Supervisor, contribute to developing and establishing a strong, solid relationship with the customer and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely information communication between departments and with the customer.
Facilitate the management of the warehouse goods workflow and serve as a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, transferring information regarding shipments, discrepancies, billing, etc. between KN departments and the client.
