Experteer Overview In this role you will be the escalation expert for complex vehicle issues, helping dealerships and repairers achieve first-time-right repairs and minimize downtime. You will work on-site and remotely, diagnosing electrical and drivability faults and using OEM tools to flash and parametrize systems. You will translate technical findings into clear reports and guide technicians to resolve problems. This position supports both individual cases and fleet-wide technical challenges, contributing to continuous improvement. You will join a collaborative, engineering-driven team focused on transformative automotive operations.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Support on-site and remote dealership and repairer operations
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults
- Use OEM diagnostics tools (wiTECH, DiagBOX) for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterization
- Identify root causes via wiring diagrams and technical documentation




- Support both individual cases and fleet-wide technical issues
- Create clear technical reports and case updates
- Coach technicians with hands‑on guidance
- Contribute to continuous improvement by feeding recurring issues into the process

Responsabilità
- Strong experience in automotive diagnostics, technical support, workshop or field service
- Proven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults
- Hands‑on use of OEM diagnostic tools
- Confidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation
- Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams
- Ability to support and guide technicians
- Preferred: field-based or multi-site support experience, multi-brand exposure with OEM/importer technical support background
