Are you an experienced Business Development professional with a background in recruitment agency sales?
Our client is a well-established international recruitment business operating within specialist technical markets across Europe and the wider global market. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Executive to help drive new client acquisition and expand existing partnerships.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening new doors and working within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities whilst developing long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and targeting new clients within specialist sectors
- Conducting outbound business development activities via phone,



email and LinkedIn
- Arranging and attending client meetings both virtually and in person
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Negotiating terms of business and service agreements
- Working closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery
- Developing strategic account plans for key clients
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
- Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities

About You
- Previous experience in a Business Development, Sales or Client Relationship role within a recruitment agency environment
- Strong track record of winning and developing new business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable working with senior decision-makers
- Fluent English is essential
