You will act as a bridge between Technical Areas, Project Management, and Finance, supporting the Manager in planning, tracking, and optimizing external engineering resources, ensuring alignment between workloads, budgets, and actual costs.
You will define external assignments with Technical Areas, edit the external hours database, and contribute to monthly reporting.
