Event Details Date: 1 August 2026 (overnight Saturday 1 August – Sunday 2 August)
Location: 57012 Castiglioncello, Rosignano Marittimo, Livorno, Italy. The venue will be communicated to confirmed staff. Activity takes place indoors and outdoors.
Schedule & Requirements Briefing: Mandatory online 30‑minute session on Thursday 16, 23, or 30 July at 09:30. Candidates must be available for briefing.
Shift: 00:00 to 03:30. Punctuality is essential.
Parking: Venue is in a restricted area (ZTL). Suggested parking at CASTELLO PASQUINI outside the ZTL, about 10 minutes walk away.
Responsibilities
- Promote the new after‑dinner drink to customers.
- Invite guests to try the product and guide them through engagement activities such as games, photo booth participation, and give out gadgets.
- Represent the brand in a professional, energetic, and sociable manner.

Attire & Grooming The team will provide branded t‑shirt and black denim shorts. Hostess must wear black shoes (black sandals, sneakers, or other styles are not allowed). Shoes must be neat.
Appearance should be neat and well‑kept: hair, nails, and makeup clean and sober. Bright nail colors, piercings visible on the face, and sneakers are not allowed. Glasses should be worn with contacts if possible;
if not, inform the recruiters during confirmation.
Additional Notes Due to the event’s location and duration, please be prepared for a night shift and the venue’s specific traffic restrictions.
