Experteer Overview As a Junior Reporting Specialist, you will support financial reporting for Italy, Spain, and Brazil, reporting to the Finance Managers in Brazil/Spain and Italy. You will assist with month-end close, balance sheet and P&L; analysis, reconciliations, and compliance activities while contributing to process documentation and digital tool adoption. You will collaborate with international finance teams to improve data quality and efficiency through AI-enabled tools. This role offers growth in data analysis, finance reporting, and cross‐functional collaboration.
Retribuzione / Benefits Support periodic financial reporting activities
Assist in month‐end close, including Balance Sheet and P&L; analysis by Business Unit
Prepare accruals for vendor and HR costs
Analyze and manage deferred and unbilled revenues
Prepare sales, orders, and backlog reports
Support SOX compliance activities




Perform account reconciliations and data consistency checks
Draft and update finance procedures and process documentation
Collaborate with international finance teams (Spain and Brazil)
Support implementation and use of digital and AI-based tools to improve efficiency and data quality
Responsabilità Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields
1–2 years of relevant experience in structured or multinational environments
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
ERP experience (preferably Microsoft Navision and/or SAP)
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
