Experteer Overview As a Senior People Operations Specialist, you’ll own complex employee lifecycle processes and ensure accurate data while delivering a high-quality employee experience. You’ll partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external providers to streamline operations and scale service delivery. The role emphasizes process improvement, data integrity, and pragmatic use of automation and AI to reduce friction. Own and execute complex lifecycle processes (pre-boarding, onboarding, changes, transfers, leaves, terminations, offboarding) with accuracy and coordination
Maintain data integrity in Dayforce and related systems for downstream use
Support core People Operations programs while aligning with policy, compliance, and regional practices
Identify workflow simplifications to reduce manual effort and improve consistency
Partner with People Technology and HRIS on system improvements, testing, implementations, and documentation




Support practical uses of automation and AI to improve service delivery with strong controls
Administer employee programs and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors across benefits, leave, and other programs
Create and maintain clear employee-facing and internal documentation
Provide regional support and act as an operational partner during peak periods and organizational changes
5+ years in HR administration, payroll, benefits, or People Operations
~ Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle operations and country-specific practices
~ Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Dayforce or similar systems
~ Strong written and verbal communication and customer-service mindset
~ Track record of process improvements in HR/People Operations
~ Collaborative, cross-functional and regional working experience
~ Curiosity about applying technology, automation and AI in People Operations
