What You Need to Be Successful
Master's Degree in Economics or a related field with strong interest in a finance career
Less than 18 months of professional experience
Fluency in English
Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders
Innate aptitude for teamwork
Excellent communication skills
Personal drive and result orientation.
