Position Trade Development Manager About the Company
The Advocate Group is partnering exclusively with Monster Energy, a brand known for its dynamic presence in the energy drink market. This role will support Monster Energy’s growth across the territory from Ancona to San Benedetto del Tronto.
The Role As a Trade Development Manager, you will represent Monster Energy in the field, building and strengthening relationships with retailers, distributors, and partners. Your focus will be on increasing brand visibility, securing new stockists, and ensuring a dominant presence across your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Executing market activations and promotions in Ancona
- Coaching and training distribution partner teams
- Winning new independent retail accounts while supporting existing ones
- Ensuring the right product mix and distribution in-store
- Driving placement of POS materials and merchandising




- Delivering market insights and timely reporting

About You We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in sales, ideally within FMCG or the drinks industry
- Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, and resilient
- A strong communicator with excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Confident working independently but also a true team player
- Flexible, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Fluent in Italian with solid Business English skills
- Holder of a driving licence and comfortable with travel across Rome
