About the role Autronica is now seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team in Genoa, Italy and become part of the Global Maritime & Energy Service Department. As a Service Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our global service operations - acting as a key connection point between our customers, service engineers, partners worldwide and internal teams and ensuring our customers receive world‑class support across the globe – in a 24 hours a day, 365 days a year setup.

Your responsibilities as a Service Coordinator will be to:
- Act as the primary customer contact within our 24/7 global service operations.
- Coordinate service and commissioning requests across customers, shipyards, shipowners and internal teams.
- Manage and track all cases in our CRM system Salesforce, ensuring efficient handling and follow‑up.
- Assign requests to the right teams, engineers, and service partners.
- Support smooth global operations through daily handovers and close internal collaboration.
- Deliver high‑quality support, including dedicated care for key customers.
- Plan and coordinate activities with our global service network.
- Arrange travel, issue purchase orders, and support invoicing processes.
