We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Marketing Manager - Running to support our marketing efforts across multiple brand partners. The role is responsible for executing running marketing strategies, building relationships with account stakeholders and ensuring campaigns align with objectives to drive consumer engagement, improve brand presence and ultimately increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Running with experience across the full journey from online, offline and instore. The role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking and a collaborative mindset.



This is a 12 month fixed term position and there is flexibility on location with the ability to travel to the office in Bolzano regularly.
Major Accountabilities
- Account management of key performance brand partners in alignment to the performance trade marketing strategy with focus on Running
- Support sell-in activity through the creation and delivery of account specific pre-line and sell-in presentations, promoting best-in-class buying experiences for our customers.
- Creation and implementation of account marketing plans, managing tactical activity and marketing channels to deliver brand awareness and sell through.
- Understand and consider customer journey, building out cohesive omnichannel plans that align to brand marketing activations and identify where the brand partner plays a vital role.
- 360 campaign management – planning, creative, production & activation.
- Management of brand partner budget
