Experteer Overview In this role you will drive growth of De'Longhi's Coffee portfolio by translating shopper insights and brand strategy into innovative in-store activations and shelf-level success. You'll align cross-functional global teams to execute flawlessly, shaping product concepts and a balanced portfolio across life cycles. You will monitor performance, inform strategy with market data, and push for downstream excellence to reinforce market leadership in coffee. This is a consumer-obsessed, high-impact role at a leading global brand.

Define breakthrough concepts and features aligned with the premium brand promise
Manage a balanced product portfolio across life cycles to maximize growth and brand equity
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and data teams to execute global launches, including category entry points, triggers, barriers, planograms, and POS
Collect and analyze sales, profitability, market growth,



and consumer satisfaction data to steer strategy and commercial actions
Lead cross-functional alignment on downstream priorities and drive shelf-level execution and planograms
Responsabilità 7+ years in Product Marketing, Category Management, or Trade Marketing with a track record in downstream marketing and in-store execution
University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Expert shopper-centric strategy and category growth management
Experience in developing product concepts and leading shelf-level executions and planograms
Strong leadership and influencing skills for cross-functional alignment
Strong analytical thinking, business planning, and financial acumen (P&L;, forecasting, GfK/Nielsen data interpretation)
Fluency in English
