As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative R&D; Food Technologist to join our European Innovation Center in Savona, Italy.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge natural ingredient solutions, collaborate with international teams, support global customers, and contribute to the development of next-generation products focused on sugar reduction, wellness, and functional botanicals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Food & Beverage applications using natural botanical ingredients
- Formulate innovative solutions for sugar reduction, taste improvement and health-focused products
- Conduct laboratory trials and product evaluations
- Manage R&D; projects from concept to commercial implementation
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Global R&D; teams
- Provide technical support to customers and partners




- Coordinate external research projects with universities and laboratories
- Participate in customer meetings, presentations and technical workshops

Qualifications
- Degree in Food Science and Technology or related discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in Food Ingredients, Beverage, Flavours & Fragrances or related industries
- Strong interest in innovation and product development
- Fluent English
- Communication and project management skills
- Availability for occasional international travel
