Experteer Overview As Platform Account Executive for Public Sector & NGO in EMEA South, you will serve as a trusted advisor to government and NGO clients, expanding the Salesforce Platform value including Data Security, Governance, and ALM. You’ll work with Core Account Executives to progress opportunities, navigate procurement and compliance, and drive adoption at scale. You’ll lead territory planning, align internal teams, and manage the full sales cycle to exceed targets. - Develop and maintain a dynamic Territory Plan with Core Account Executives to identify Platform opportunities in Public Sector and NGO accounts
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level engagement, navigating procurement and compliance in government/non-profit sectors
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close,



exceeding quota for Platform Cloud products and sharing customer success stories
- Enable and align Salesforce internal teams, Partners, and Consultants to identify, qualify, and progress Platform opportunities in the territory

Responsabilità
- Track record of meeting sales targets in SaaS selling to Enterprise accounts
- Knowledge across Data Security, Compliance, Governance, DevOps, and Business Continuity
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one: Italian, Spanish, or French
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to execute territory strategies independently
- Experience selling into Public Sector or NGOs with familiarity with procurement frameworks and regulatory constraints in Italian, Spanish, or French markets
- Experience collaborating in a specialist/overlay sales model with core account teams
