F.B. S.p.A. is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our Compressor Business Unit in Bologna, focused on engineered gas compression systems for international energy markets.

We design and manufacture custom compressor packages and modular systems for applications in:
· Natural Gas
· Biogas & Biomethane
· Hydrogen
· CO₂
· CNG
· Flare Gas Recovery
· Industrial Gas Compression
The selected candidate will support the commercial development of international projects and customers, working closely with engineering and proposal departments.
Main Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve sales objectives
· Exercise the management powers assigned by the Sales Manager,
· operating in accordance with received directives, approved plans and strategies, and company policies and procedures for the sales department
· Manage relationships with company departments and customers
· Understand the market and analyze trends, evaluate competitive products,
· interpret the general economic situation and make relevant suggestions




· Be accountable for failures to achieve or deviations from assigned objectives
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Knowledge of company and group objectives and policies
· Achieve sales targets for the assigned area by identifying
· market prospects and carefully analyzing and planning sales activities
· Promote preliminary contact with potential customers, develop sales negotiations, formulate offers, quotes, and contracts, and negotiate the best sales terms
· Monitor trends in relevant markets, customer and competitor behavior, and ongoing or expected changes in each business area to maintain the desired positioning through necessary sales and product development
· Collaborate with all departments of the Company to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, critically reporting on the observations gathered
