We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Area Manager DACH to join our Wholesale HQ team and lead the development of our business across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Based at our Italian Headquarters, the role will be responsible for driving the wholesale growth strategy across the DACH region, managing key strategic accounts and ensuring qualitative market expansion in line with the brand positioning and long-term commercial objectives. The Sales Area Manager DACH will work in close partnership with our long-standing master agency based in Bern (Switzerland), which manages local operational trade marketing activities, field sales agents and customer service for the region. The position represents a key connection point between HQ and the local market, ensuring strong alignment on commercial priorities, distribution strategy and brand execution.



Main Responsibilities Own and drive the wholesale business development strategy across the DACH region, ensuring sustainable and qualitative growth Manage and develop strategic wholesale accounts and key retail partners with a long-term business approach Identify new business opportunities, market potential and distribution development initiatives Lead seasonal sales campaigns and support go-to-market execution across the region Negotiate commercial agreements and support strategic business planning activitiesCoordinate closely with the local master agency to ensure alignment on commercial priorities, customer management and market execution Monitor market trends, competitors, sell-through dynamics and customer performance Ensure consistency of brand positioning, distribution quality and commercial execution across the region Support forecasting, budgeting and sales planning activities in collaboration with HQ teams Act as the main commercial
