About The Role The Marketing Manager Women's Health is accountable for accelerating growth, adoption, and customer engagement for BD's Women's Health Solutions across the European Union. This role drives regional marketing planning execution, commercial readiness, and field enablement, ensuring BD is positioned as the trusted partner supporting best‐in‐class minimally invasive breast biopsy practices. Working in a matrix environment, the Marketing Manager collaborates closely with Product Managers, Sales, European Marketing Team, Medical Affairs, Professional Education, Market Access, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Global Marketing to deliver impactful programs, strengthen customer loyalty, and achieve business targets.
