YOUR ROLE You will take part in exploring new architectures for high frequency VCOs employing MEMS (Micro-electromechanical systems) / BAW (Bulk acoustic wave) resonators.
- Investigate MEMS / BAW resonator models, comparing different suppliers to identify the best technology.
- Investigate different oscillator topology targeting best-in-class Phase Noise.
- Design an oscillator employing MEMS / BAW resonator.
- Layout implementation targeting on silicon integration.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Example
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or similar
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Office Suite, Matlab
- Knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso Simulation Environment
- Knowledge of basic Analog and RF Design (Oscillators, PLLs)
- English business proficiency
