We are seeking a Senior Product and Commercial Counsel to support Dott's growth across Western and Central Europe. This is a hands‐on role for a lawyer who thrives in a fast‐moving environment, enjoys variety, and can balance legal risk with commercial pragmatism.



Key Responsibilities Product & Compliance Act as the global legal owner for product-related matters, advising the Product, Tech, and Marketing teams on new feature launches, user terms, pricing, and promotions. Ensure compliance with consumer protection, e-commerce, and marketing laws across multiple jurisdictions. Review and update user terms, offers, and product-related policies in collaboration with Public Policy, Operations, and Communications teams. Partner with the Product and Engineering teams and our DPO to embed privacy, safety, and regulatory compliance into product design ("privacy by design" and "compliance by design"). Commercial & Corporate Act as dedicated counsel for a number of countries including, but not limited to Italy, Greece, Israel, UAE and KSA, including: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts (including service, procurement, and partnership agreements).
