Key Responsibilities Deliver professional customer service to Italian‐speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding technology products and services Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, and service requests efficiently and accurately Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery Stay up‐to‐date with the latest technology trends, company products,
