High Jewellery & High Luxury Maison , we are exclusively recruiting a City Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of its boutique network across Milan. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the world's most iconic luxury brands, recognised for its heritage, craftsmanship and uncompromising standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the commercial and operational performance of the Milan boutique network, ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability and client experience objectives. Inspire, coach and develop Store Managers, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability and high performance. Guarantee the highest standards of luxury retail execution, ensuring consistency in client experience, visual presentation and operational excellence across all boutiques. Analyse business performance through KPIs, identifying opportunities and implementing strategic action plans to maximise growth.
Drive talent acquisition, succession planning and people development, building high-performing retail leadership teams. Support boutique openings and strategic retail projects, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with Maison standards. Partner closely with corporate stakeholders to execute commercial strategies and continuously enhance business performance. Champion product knowledge, luxury selling behaviours and clienteling excellence through coaching and continuous development. Ideal Profile 5+ years of experience in a multi-store or area management role within the high luxury retail sector. Previous experience within High Jewellery, Watches & Jewellery or Luxury Fashion is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and develop high-performing retail teams.
