Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System and Health, Safety & Environment programs. You will drive compliance with ISO standards, coordinate audits, and foster a culture of operational excellence and safe practices. You will collaborate across functions to ensure integrated quality and HSE performance and stakeholder engagement. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, EN9100) Lead internal and external audits and manage corrective actions Monitor quality metrics and drive improvement initiatives Manage non-conformities, root cause analysis,



and cross-functional problem solving Oversee supplier quality performance and conduct supplier audits Ensure documentation control and compliance across the organization Nominated RSPP; develop and implement HSE policies aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, investigations, and drills Promote safety culture and engage all employees Monitor HSE KPIs and regulatory compliance Coordinate training on safety practices and environmental awareness Lead and mentor the Quality & HSE team and drive cross-functional collaboration Act as the main point of contact for quality and HSE communications Responsabilità Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering 3-5 years in a Quality and HSE role in manufacturing or technical environments Experience with ISO management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) Proven audits and certification management RSPP Certification is a plus Requisiti fondamentali modern multicultural work environment induction training for new tasks multi-disciplinary field of activity extensive product training flexible office hours with remote work opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
