We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive the growth of our Life Sciences business in North Germany and Poland . This role is pivotal in establishing strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth,



and delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of the life sciences sector.
Train, motivate, and guide distributors to enhance sales performance and achieve business goals.
Monitor distributor performance, providing feedback, and ensuring they meet sales targets.
Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the life sciences sector.
Develop sales strategies tailored to the UK market, ensuring the growth of the business through distributors.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential market gaps.
Sales and Financial Analysis:
Perform financial analysis, including program costing and quoting, in collaboration with the technical team.
Work closely with the marketing, technical, and product management teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions.
Ensure timely and effective communication of all customer requirement
