Retribuzione / Benefits Carry out supplier validation audits with supplier support and APQP Support new product launches to ensure supplier quality standards are met Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier quality issues Perform on‐site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions Collate and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvements in the supply chain Work with suppliers to create corrective action plans for process failures Escalate unresolved supplier quality issues within projects and suppliers Support Quality Manager in monitoring and reporting supplier product quality and performance Assist with first off sample approvals Participate in cross‐functional teams for new products or changes to meet customer requirements Responsabilità xrdztoy Knowledge of quality and business systems Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA Knowledge of IATF/VDA Knowledge of measurement techniques Metrology, Inspection Methods and Equipment Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment Planning and prioritising activities Good communication and interpersonal skills Problem‐solving skills Team working skills Understanding of cost and financial impacts #J-18808-Ljbffr
