Experteer Overview As Legal Counsel, you act as a trusted advisor to Marketing, PR, Licensing and Creative teams, guiding complex commercial and IP matters on a global scale. You lead end-to-end negotiation and drafting of agreements, balancing legal risk with business goals in a fast-moving creative environment. You assess IP rights and clearance worldwide, supporting iconic campaigns and collaborations. This role offers impact within a global luxury group and opportunities to shape high-profile initiatives.

Lead end-to-end management of major projects, including fashion shows

Responsabilità Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Italy
Minimum 7 years in commercial law and intellectual property (law firms or in-house)
Fluency in Italian and English; Proven ability to manage complex matters independently and engage senior stakeholders
