Oversee store operations in line with company policies and procedures. Ensure consistent execution of Visual Merchandising and in-store communication standards. Manage stock flow efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and product availability on the sales floor. Ensure accurate and efficient cash desk operations. Maintain a safe, compliant, and productive store environment. Drive recruitment and development of the store team, ensuring alignment with HR policies. Build a high-performance culture through clear goal setting, performance analysis, and regular feedback. Share best practices to support performance across stores. What we are looking for in you: Minimum 18 months' experience in a sports or fashion retail environment, including at least 12 months in a Store Manager role.
