Your work will shape network decisions, cost efficiency and competitive positioning across Europe. Responsibilities Develop and deliver short, medium and long-term strategies to optimise airport cost bases across your portfolio. Lead commercial negotiations with airports to secure competitive charges and incentives. Partner with network planning, operations and finance teams to support route performance and growth. Build strong relationships with airport operators, tourism boards and government bodies. Support new route development by unlocking funding, marketing support and strategic partnerships. Represent easyJet in airport consultations,



working with regulatory and policy teams. Monitor financial performance against plan and take ownership of delivering savings targets. Drive continuous improvement and innovation across airport partnerships and supplier performance. Ensure robust contract management, including diversion agreements and service specifications. Qualifications Proven experience within aviation, airport commercial teams, airline network or related sectors. Strong track record negotiating high value, complex commercial agreements. Solid financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret operational and commercial data. Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders across the aviation ecosystem.
