We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced Credit Risk Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the consumer credit sector, with a strong focus on underwriting both retail and corporate portfolios. Credit Underwriting: Perform comprehensive credit analysis and decision‐making for both retail and corporate applicants, ensuring alignment with the company's risk appetite.
IFRS 9 Stage Management: Oversee the credit reclassification process, ensuring assets are accurately categorized into stages according to international accounting standards and default definition.
Regulatory Reporting: Lead the preparation of reports regarding asset quality, stage migration, and "Non-Performing Exposure" (NPE) ratios for regulatory authorities.
Reporting:



Deliver regular reports to top management on risk exposure and the adequacy of the bad‐debt reserve.
Portfolio Monitoring: Analyze consumer credit trends and performance indicators to identify early warning signs of credit deterioration.
Policy Development: Contribute to the refinement of credit policies and scoring models to optimize the balance between growth and risk.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience: Minimum 5+ years in credit risk with specific expertise in IFRS 9 impairment frameworks.
Technical knowledge: Deep understanding of credit risk triggers and the qualitative/quantitative criteria for credit reclassification.
Regulatory expertise: Familiarity with EBA (European Banking Authority) guidelines on management of non‐performing and forborne exposures.
