We seek a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Science, Industry and Technology Building Services Engineering team in Milan, supporting multidisciplinary projects that deliver energy‐efficient, data‐driven solutions. Responsibilities Act as a key part of the Building Services Engineering Senior Team, managing multidisciplinary projects while providing technical guidance and mentoring to other engineers. Act as senior engineer managing the service and serving as a direct interface with clients' teams. Liaise with architects, clients and other stakeholders to set constraints of the electrical design and coordinate with other disciplines regarding electrical requirements. Design electrical systems including emergency systems, backup power, lightning protection, small power, earthing, ICT,
building automation and controls systems, photovoltaic, safety and security systems. Qualifications Sound knowledge in electrical engineering fundamentals. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering. Experience with data centre and/or industrial building projects. Minimum of 7 years of electrical systems design experience. Experience working in a BIM environment using Revit with knowledge of parametric design (beneficial). Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken). Good communication skills essential for team‐based working. Excellent planning and organization skills required for a fast‐paced environment.
