This role is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new agency partners, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing agencies. Day-to-day activities include analyzing agency performance, setting growth targets,



and developing joint business plans to improve sales, service quality, and brand visibility. The Agency Development Manager will coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure agencies receive the tools, training, and support needed to meet objectives. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing performance reports, conducting regular review meetings with agencies, and implementing initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability.
