Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Italian‐Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Imperial Brands in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Italian‐speaking clients, handling inquiries related to Imperial Brands' products and services to ensure a positive and effective communication experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional and empathetic customer support to Italian‐speaking customers via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with product information, orders, complaints, and general inquiries Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow‐up within the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and elevate when necessary Stay updated on company products, policies,
