ISSUE RESOLUTION ACCELERATION, FIELD QUALITY & WAT GOVERNANCE We are looking for a Warranty Acceleration Team (WAT) Quality Specialist – WIRING HARNESS with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a structured approach to problem solving, capable of supporting the acceleration of wiring harness issue resolution.
The candidate will join a cross‐functional team, with the mission to increase customer protection by accelerating field issue resolution, improving coordination across stakeholders, and ensuring effective governance of quality topics. The role will support the WAT Leader in driving daily operations, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment across Quality, Engineering, Plants, and Control Tower. The main mission of the role is to support the coordination, prioritization, and closure of field quality issues, ensuring timely actions and full KPI compliance. Main Activities Support daily WAT operations, including issue tracking, prioritization, and assignment in alignment with Quality and Control Tower. Monitor and analyze WAT KPIs, ensuring performance targets are met. Coverage of issues by Quality / Control Tower. Issues occurrence in PPM at 3MIS.
