Position Overview The Maintenance Supervisor and Capital Plan Specialist is an integral part of our Environmental Health & Safety team based in Medolla, Italy. This role leads maintenance operations, manages the capital planning process, and ensures all activities comply with EU GMP, EHS and regulatory standards. Education Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical diploma with substantial hands‐on experience is required. Experience 3–5 years experience in maintenance roles (e.g.,



Maintenance Specialist or Maintenance Engineer); knowledge of machinery, electrical systems, HVAC or building infrastructure. Experience scheduling interventions and preventing production/service disruptions. Knowledge of safety regulations and accident prevention protocols. Background in financial management of assets, ability to create financial models to estimate ROI for new machinery or facility upgrades. Experience determining equipment repair vs replacement decisions, conducting business case analyses, negotiating service contracts and managing tendering processes and vendor relationships. Responsibilities Lead and manage the maintenance operators. Plan maintenance schedules to various planning horizons, ensuring vendor lead maintenance is booked well in advance of due date and the appropriate EHS & PO is in place.
