The role involves working with leading Italian and international clients and supporting SEO strategy execution, ensuring compliance, and contributing to website migration and optimization.ResponsibilitiesSupport pre‐launch and launch of new websites from an SEO‐compliance point of view, collaborating with developers and creating efficient migration and redirect plansOptimize content, semantic tags, and metadata to better match user queries and improve website rankingsMonitor site health, identify technical issues, and implement fixesConduct SEO audits and produce detailed analytical reports, including traffic analysis, organic performance,



and optimization proposalsAnalyze business requirements and translate them into actionable SEO solutionsAssist in content and link‐building initiatives to improve organic visibilityContribute to the coordination of projects, building strong relationships with clients and planning workflows to deliver SEO activities efficientlyStay up to date with SEO trends, ranking factors, and search engine updatesQualifications2–5 years of proven SEO experience, ideally on medium to high‐complexity projectsFluency in English, both written and spokenSome experience with Technical SEO for e‐commerce and/or multi‐country websites is a plusFamiliarity with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similarExperience supporting content optimization and link‐building strategiesGeneral understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms, with interest in staying updated on SEO trendsExperience contributing to project coordination and interacting with clients
