Role Overview




- As the market key point of contact for all New Product Development (NPD) , your role will involve owning NPD initiatives that will help drive the Swisse brand growth journey in Italy. The role will report to the MKT Director in Italy with dotted line to the Senior PMO & Innovation Manager.

Key ResponsibilitiesNPD
- With Marketing Director Italy and EU teams recommend and own the 12-36 months innovation strategy & innovation roadmap for Swisse Italy building on the regional & global innovation strategy.
- All NPDs to local market through concept adaptation, naming, local materials working with Reg/Legal team for the local artwork creation.
- The potential and feasibility of each project by identifying market opportunities, product development feasibility, financial risks/opportunities and market capabilities working alongside the Swisse Brand Managers and EU teams.
