Responsibilities
Main tasks:
setting up university and post-graduate internships
end-to-end management of the company's participation in university career fairs (enrolment, shipping of promotional and informational materials, etc.)
purchase order entry and monitoring of agreements between the company and vendors (universities, headhunters, etc.)
The candidate will also be gradually involved in Talent Acquisition activities:
job postings on standard recruiting channels (e.g. university portals, LinkedIn)
reporting
CV screening and phone screening of potential candidates
HR interviews
Education and Experience
Masters Degree in Humanities (Languages, Literature, Philosophy, History) or Psychology.
up to 1 year of experience in the Recruiting team of either a middle/big organization or in an employment agency
very good command of English (at least B2) and preferably an intermediate knowledge of another EU language (Spanish, French, German).
familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
