Experteer Overview In this role you will shape external communication and experiential marketing for Sécheron Hasler Group’s Electrical Safety Solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and to drive visibility at international events. You’ll plan and execute trade shows and corporate events that connect customers with our safety-focused engineering solutions. This position blends content, branding, and event leadership to support product launches and strategic goals, offering impact across a global engineering business.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Develop and implement external communication strategies
- Create and manage content for ESS social media, press releases, and possibly website
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging with business goals
- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events
- Manage logistics including booth design, materials, vendors, and budgets
- Coordinate with external partners, agencies,



and suppliers under SHG Marketing
- Oversee on-site event execution and ensure smooth operations
- Develop promotional materials (presentations, digital assets, etc)
- Support product launches and campaigns through event and communication strategies
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for communication and exhibition projects
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Evaluate event and communication performance through KPIs and reporting

Responsabilità
- Bachelor in Marketing
- 3–5 years in communications, event management, or exhibitions in a B2B international environment
- Experience organizing trade shows or large-scale events
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in CMS, social media platforms, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under press
