Champion innovation and define the roadmap of flagship products to drive profitable business growth
Lead with Head, Heart and Hands to help turn houses into homes
Supports product/proposition quality within the category including monitoring
Contributes to define quality targets, requirements (including verification and validation) and improvement areas for innovation and life cycle projects
Manages all quality aspects for innovation projects including deliverables and final product/solution release
Collaborate with post market surveillance (PMS) team monitoring the products/solutions throughout all life cycle phases
Contribute at the global RR (Return Rate)
reduction and define needed product/solution quality improvements based on failure analysis and technical assessments
Drive quality related problem solving and root cause analysis
2-4 years of experience in development, process engineering or quality areas
~ Minimum BSc degree, MSc preferred, in engineering (ME, EE), or related studies (chemistry, material sciences, mathematics)
~ Fluent in English
~ Knowledge in solution assessment, verification
~ Green (or black – it depends about seniority) belt certified could be an asset
~ Customer focused mindset
~ Good team player
