We're looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Specialist to join our remote team and support the placement of healthcare professionals across Europe.
What You'll Do
Source, screen and engage qualified healthcare candidates (nurses, doctors, allied health professionals)
Manage the full recruitment cycle from search to placement
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline in the healthcare sector
Collaborate with clients and internal team to meet hiring targets
What We're Looking For
Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, databases)
Excellent communication skills in English
Based in Italy, available to work remotely
Self-motivated and target-driven
