The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Italy) to lead the activation and localisation of centrally developed marketing programmes within the Italian market, while also delivering territory‐specific initiatives that support local commercial priorities.
Working closely with the Regional General Manager, Sales leadership, and central marketing teams, you will act as the vital link between global marketing strategy and local execution. You'll bring strong local market insight,



ensure campaigns resonate with Italian audiences, and help drive pipeline growth through effective campaign, partner and event activity.
This role requires fluency in Italian and English, including the ability to translate and adapt marketing content from English to Italian.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and manage a quarterly marketing roadmap for Italy, aligned with central campaigns and local priorities
Ensure marketing activity supports pipeline generation, partner engagement and revenue growth
Provide local market insight and performance feedback to central marketing teams
Activate centrally developed campaigns within the Italian market
Adapt messaging to suit local sectors, partners and market context while maintaining brand consistency
Extend campaign reach through partner networks, events and sales collaboration
