In this role you lead the Southern regional sales teams to accelerate Fortinet's growth in the private sector. You'll build strategic territory plans, cultivate executive relationships, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to win complex deals. You shape channel programs and partner enablement while driving revenue, profitability, and long-term partnerships. This position offers impact through regional expansion and collaboration with sales, engineering, and marketing to deliver the company's security solutions at scale.

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Regional Account Managers
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to grow Fortinet's private sector presence in the South
- Establish executive‐level relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners
- Oversee the creation and delivery of proposals, bids, RFI/RFP responses and Statements of Work




- Support negotiation of commercial terms to foster long‐term customer partnerships
- Drive new business development while expanding existing private sector accounts
- Manage reseller and partner relationships aligned with channel programs and enablement
- Build revenue and non‐revenue partner plans, including MDF strategy and profitability targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and ensure consistent territory execution
- Collaborate with SE, consulting, marketing, engineering and regional leadership to drive growth
- Travel within the territory as required
