You A0ll work with outside counsel on reorganizations and governance, and collaborate with Finance on financing and equity plans. The role blends high-impact deal work with regulatory vigilance, in a fast, ambitious, and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Lead cross-border acquisitions in partnership with Accounting, Finance, and Business Acquisitions teams, including due diligence and post-close integrations




Collaborate with outside counsel on corporate reorganizations and governance matters after acquisitions in Italy and abroad
Negotiate, draft, and review primary and ancillary transaction documents
Collaborate with Finance to manage debt and equity financing and investments, as well as equity plans and instruments
Stay up to date on legal and regulatory developments to identify opportunities to unlock value for the company
Qualifications M&A; experience, especially cross-border transactions
Due diligence, negotiation, and drafting of transaction documents
Collaboration with finance teams and external counsel
Knowledge of corporate reorganizations and governance matters
Proficiency in English
