we are looking for an Event Specialist to join our Marketing team to contribute to the planning and execution of events and brand experience activities across the country.
Key Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and execution of national and local events.
Support the management of the event calendar and marketing activations across the territory.
Manage event logistics, including venues, suppliers, materials, transportation, and hospitality.
Coordinate activities with event agencies, partners, and external vendors.
Collaborate in the development of event concepts, communication materials, and supporting marketing tools.
Support the execution of product launches, roadshows, sponsorship activities, and industry exhibitions.
Manage the production and distribution of event communication and branding materials.
Monitor budgets, purchase orders, contracts, and administrative processes related to assigned activities.
Provide on‐site operational support and ensure flawless event execution.
Collect and analyze event results, preparing reports and recommendations.




Collaborate closely with Marketing, PR, Sales, and Dealer Development teams to ensure alignment and integration across initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in event management, operational marketing, trade marketing, communications, or similar roles, preferably in automotive industry.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent written and spoken in both Italian and English.
