Experteer Overview In this role you support Avio Aero's Defense BU by driving delivery excellence and supplier performance. You will mitigate supplier risk, back the Supplier Assessment team on improvement plans, and ensure on-time delivery of critical parts while coordinating recovery actions. You’ll monitor KPIs, reduce delinquency, and minimize inventory with MRP planners, partnering with cross-functional teams to sustain execution discipline. This position offers impact across plants, engineering, procurement, and digital initiatives to strengthen data visibility and risk anticipation.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Understand supplier capabilities, capacity, and risks to proactively prevent delivery issues and customer impact
- Establish regular reviews with plants to monitor supplier performance and anticipate risks
- Conduct supplier visits to assess robustness and elevate issues as needed
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supplier Quality, Material Planning, Finance, Plants, Buyers, Lean/Six Sigma, Digital Technology to drive delivery and process improvements

Responsabilità
- Master's degree in a technical subject OR Bachelor's degree with compensating work experience
- Proven experience in supplier management (material planning, sourcing, supplier development, supplier quality)
- Ability to coordinate multiple people and projects simultaneously
- Strong problem identification and solution skills
- Proven analytical and organizational ability
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
