Essential Responsibilities
Provide onsite clinical applications training to users of GE equipment in a given modality area.
Conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure safe and effective use of GE equipment, optimizing image quality and productivity.
Maintain satisfactory after‐sale relationships and develop long‐term customer relationships, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
Promote unique differentiators based on customer clinical needs, competition, values, and benefits sought.
Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.
Support trade shows, workshops, showroom visits, and customer visits.
Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education.




Document trainings, site visits, and customer interactions as per the local protocol.
Qualifications / Requirements
Education: Master degree in Biomedical Engineering or Radiographer degree.
Curiosity and passion for medical products and technology.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including good communication skills.
Self‐motivated, willing to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take action to improve.
Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.
Willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing work environments.
Ability to travel and be at customer sites up to 80% of the working time (annual average).
Teaching skills or teaching experience.
Empathy and customer centric mindset.
Fluent in Italian and English.
