You will adapt global standards to local realities, manage cross‐border teams, and sponsor transformation initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. The position blends hands‐on operations with strategic leadership to enable regional and enterprise objectives. You will shape the region's customer experience through continuous improvement and strong partner engagement.Retribuzione / BenefitsOversee end‐to‐end customer service operations across Spain, Italy, Portugal and Greece, including order management, returns, escalations, and SLA performance; act as senior escalation point for the South regionCultivate relationships with key commercial partners and strategic accounts; represent Customer Solutions in commercial and supply chain settings and support critical customer issuesDrive operational excellence by standardizing processes, reducing manual touchpoints,
